RETURN PROCESS

Please send an email to perlasmile01@gmail.com along with a photo of the products you are returning.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and mailing information.

Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

Please mark your order number clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to perlasmile01@gmail.com.

Please note all items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so they are not damaged during shipping.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Please make sure that the return request has been approved. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and process your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address.

All returns must be made within 12 days of the order date.

Your application will be processed within 2 days of submission.

Please remember to submit your application within 12 days of receiving the product(s) and ensure that the photos include valid date and time stamps.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we are not reasonably satisfied with the supporting evidence provided.

Please note that our Money-Back Guarantee only applies to the first purchase of a Teeth Whitening Kit and excludes all other products and future kit orders.
