Shipping policy
PERLA SMILE SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 2 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Perla Smile is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed, we cannot make any changes to the address or redirect the parcel. If this happens, Perla Smile will not be able to send another parcel or issue a refund.
In the event that a parcel is returned to Perla Smile for various reasons including non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, or being unclaimed at the post office, you will need to email perlasmile01@gmail.com to arrange redelivery and you may be responsible for paying all additional postage costs.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Perla Smile. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect them for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery unless you notify Perla Smile in writing within 7 days of receiving the products at perlasmile01@gmail.com.
If Perla Smile has provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must notify us and return the surplus products to us (we will cover the shipping costs for the returned items).
Risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery. Perla Smile is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are marked as delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your parcel is missing, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or local authorities. In such cases, we will not be able to send another parcel or provide a refund. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once the product has been delivered to the carrier.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only. Products may be delivered in one or more shipments. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
All shipping timeframes exclude customs clearance delays and any other delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that all shipping timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
